Booking protection

Financial protection depends on what you book and who provides it. Before you pay, we always tell you, in writing:

• who provides each part of your trip (the supplier, tour operator or organiser);
• whether your booking is a package, linked travel arrangements or separate services;
• what financial protection applies – for example ATOL for flight-inclusive packages sold under the correct licence arrangement – and how it works.

## Important
- Accommodation-only and other non-flight bookings are not ATOL protected.
- Where a package includes flights, it is sold only within the correct legal structure, with the ATOL holder and certificate details provided to you.
- We never quote ATOL numbers, protection schemes or memberships that do not apply to your booking.
